Here you can find answers to commonly asked questions in regards to placing orders, payments and shipping, secure ordering and payment options, and returns or refunds.
If we don't answer your questions here, you can send us your question on the Contacts page and get back to you within 24 hours of the time you sent the email.

How do I place an order?
Simply go to Shop and click on an item you would like to purchase then click buy. Once you have clicked buy, go to Cart or checkout and view your order and submit your payment. If you have any problems placing an order online, you can also contact us by phone and by email to place an order of your choice.

Payment and Shipping
Credit card and paypal options available. Shipping is based on your location, the weight and size of your package, and the speed you would like to have your package delivered. The online store calculator should process the information for you based on your chosen options.

Secure ordering & payment protection
All orders are secure, and your personal information will not be used for any other purpose than processing your order. Your privacy is kept in high standard, and will not be used for any promotional product or marketing research. After payments and orders are processed and information is no longer needed, all documents are professionally destroyed, and deleted.
Returns & refunds
We accept returns if the product is returned in the same condition that it was shipped in within 14 days of receiving the product by mail. Refunds will be subject to an 8% restocking fee. We do not refund shipping costs, or refund damaged goods due to shipping (purchase shipping insurance). If your wood products are defective due to manufacturing, send us a detailed email with an attached photo of the problem, and we will refund your money for the defective product, or send you a new one within 14 days of the reply.
